Spotter Training Schedule
NOTE: As of the 2023 SKYWARN season, several counties will only host a class every other year. If the county you reside in is not on the class schedule below, there will likely be a class in your county in 2025.
However, all spotters or interested spotters are welcome to attend ANY in-person class (regardless of the county you reside in), or you can register for an online SKYWARN class. SKYWARN certificates are good for 2 years. All classes are free and open to the public.
For virtual classes, registering in advance for the class is preferred but you can also join at the start time.
Jerry,
Thanks much for this update! How did you get the notice? Do you subscribe to get notification or do you just cruise by their site, use a webpage monitoring tool, what?
Much thanks,
Phillip Beall (W5EBC)
