At the regular meeting of the Red River Valley Amateur Radio Club, WB5RDD, held May 26, 2018, Lamar County Judge Chuck Superville, Jr. presented the club, Jerry Keisler, WA5KZA, Kelly Collins, W5KJC, and Leo Salas, N5JEP with official proclamations recognizing their contributions to the ham radio and local community.
